Our clinical service provider, Dr. Julian Nolen, is an in-network provider with Montana BCBS, Allegiance, Cigna, and PacificSource. Medicaid credentialing is anticipated by October 1, with Aetna, United Health, and Tricare credentialing currently in progress.
In-network services will be billed directly to insurance companies. If you wish to pursue direct-pay or out-of-network services, please contact us to determine fees for the service you are requesting.
